Westgate Resort was built in 1969 as the International Hotel. Later becoming the Las Vegas Hilton and ultimately the Westgate Resort in 2014. Owned by David Siegel. Its tower is 375 feet tall with 30 floors. The Westgate is not on the Vegas Strip. Near the Las Vegas Convention Center. It is actually one mile East of Circus Circus via Elvis Presley Blvd on Paradise Road ( 3000 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89109 ).

For example, Westgate is the home of the International Theater. Over the years the theater has played host to several famous artists. To demonstrate, the King, Elvis Presley, who from 1969 – 76 performed 636 sold out shows. The theater is the current home to Barry Manilow. Notwithstanding, Manilow broke Elvis record in 2023 with over 637 performances.

However, for the longest time, Westgate claim to fame was known for the Worlds largest Sports Book. I am not sure if that is still true with Circa. It is still a sight to be seen. Of course Westgate also has all the expected machines and tables for every ones gambling pleasures over nearly 55,000 square feet.

In addition to the gaming and theater, Westgate also has plenty of eating options. A dozen choices from Rikki Tiki Sushi, BeninHana, to Edge Steakhouse and Nacho Tacos Authentic Mexican. In addition, there are several store inside the Westgate to get needed items.
