Weiss Deli and Bakery

Weiss Deli and Bakery is a perfect example of a hidden gem. This is definitely a locals establishment. Everything at Weiss is big! I very much enjoy the lunch at Weiss Deli. Even more, you can also find a excellent selection for breakfast. You can find Weiss on Green Valley Pkwy (2744 N Green Valley Pkwy, Henderson, NV 89014).

Weiss has a huge selection of items to choose from on either the breakfast menu or lunch menu. In fact, everything is good and the portions are huge. Grandpa always complains about how much food he gets and how he has to get “to go” box. Since the food is so good, it can get crowed at times. Despite waiting, it is well worth it.

Granted, Weiss has plenty of seating space to dine in. In addition to the dine in, Weiss offers a deli section for plenty of to go items.

The breakfast is great too. It is served until 2pm. So even if your a late riser, you can grab a great starter. Now I will have to order breakfast to proved a photo.

My favorite go to item is the Spinach Salad. This comes with spinach, portabello mushrooms, chopped eggs, Bermuda onions, tomatoes and bacon bits. Even more, I always “top off” my spinach salad with tuna to make this a complete meal. Always get the house vinaigrette. Not that this is not enough, you can add a bagel for $1.45.

Besides my lunch, Grandpa had soup and sandwich. Firstly, he received his pea soup. Soundly, Grandpa got his Corned Beef sandwich.

Moreover, our guest enjoyed a pastrami sandwich with fries.

After all everything you order at Weiss is good. But at the same time, it can be a little pricey.

To conclude, Weiss is a great spot to grab lunch or breakfast. The food is always good but can be a little pricey. But hey, you get what you pay for. Definitely pay Weiss a visit.
