Vitos Tacos started off as a small neighborhood birrieria in Las Vegas in 2020. It gained popularity among locals due to its delicious birria tacos. A year later in 2021, Vitos Tacos opened its first restaurant in Las Vegas.

In brief, for those of you who are like me. I did not know what Birria is. To clarify, the menu says it is a low and slow cooked stewed meat. Which takes 7 hours to cook. In addition, it has 17 different spices to give it the rich flavor. According to Wikipedia: The meat is marinated in an adobo made of vinegar, dried chiles, garlic, and herbs and spices before being cooked in a broth. Birria is a Mexican dish from the state of Jalisco.
Specifically, I originally learned about Vitos Tacos from their catering truck. Vitos food truck was serving outside the Gold Mine Tavern. You can find their traveling truck at various locations. The Food Truck Schedule on their site has locations.
This visit I was at the Eastern and Warm Springs location. I ordered the popular Queso Taco and Birria Ramen. I really enjoyed the ramen. The Birria carried the flavor. The noodles were good. Overall, I would order the Birria Ramen again. The Queso Taco is good too. Lots of cheese to counter the Birria. I do want to warn you about the 3 percent service charge on credit card orders. So bring cash.
In conclusion, Vitos is a must-visit destination for anyone who loves birria. In addition, the restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes that cater to different tastes.
