Smoke and Fire is a Las Vegas BBQ joint. Serving up BBQ, burgers and sides, plus cocktails and beers. This BBQ hangout is a locals favorite. You will find this restaurant two blocks east of Hana Ramen (3315 E Russell Rd suite a-5, Las Vegas, NV 89120).
The first thing I noticed when I went was the big murals that are on the walls. I also like the Get Smoked mural. There is plenty of seating available. They even have a outside patio to sit at when it is nice out. In addition they have a big bar area serving up food and cocktails.
Now, this was my first time visiting. Moreover, we were served on promptly. The establishment was busy but we the service was good. Undoubtedly, one thing we noticed is everything is served in take away tins. To that end, allowing for easy take home and disposal.

When we visited we order a couple of items, World Famous Blueberry Chicken Sliders – 3 buttermilk fried chicken sliders with pepper jack cheese, house made blueberry jam and jalapeño served on Hawaiian sweet rolls. To demonstrate, these were very good and I like the chicken. Most importantly, I will give you the warning to not eat the entire jalapeno on the first bite. It may be a little overwhelming.
Secondly, we got the Street Style Tacos. 3 street tacos with cilantro, onion, and house made salsa verde with pulled pork. They come all rolled up in individual servings. Plus you get some spiced up chips. I liked the salsa. It was green sauce so how could you go wrong?
I already see I will be returning to this establishment. The food is good. The service is prompt. The beer is cold. Most importantly the people are nice and friendly. You never know when you might meet someone interesting.
Of course, you can find their menu online at the link below. So that, there is a huge selection of meats to choose from. Plus the side, you are sure not to go hungry. However, my only criticism is 6 chicken wings costing $16 is very steep. Whatever happened to the 25 cent wing night?
In conclusion, if you are looking for authentic local BBQ head over to the Smoke and Fire. The atmosphere is very friendly and inviting. The service is good and the beer is cold. It is a good locals hideout. You can find more information on Smoke and Fire site.
