Pho Kim Long Vietnamese Kitchen and Bar is a great place to go if you are craving soup. I have been going to Pho Kim for a many years. I usually go to the one in China town on Spring Mountain. We decided to visit the one in Town Square near BoneFish Grill (6569 S Las Vegas Blvd #176, Las Vegas, NV 89119).
To illustrate, it Has a big bar as you enter with plenty of seating on the other side of bar. It is spacious and clean. Furthermore, our server was very nice and helpful. Even more, every table gets the traditional Sriracha and Plum Sauce.
For example, they have very big selection to choose from. Appetizers, Pho, and Vietnamese noodle dishes. Firstly, on this visit we stared with Fresh Spring Roll – 2 pieces. shrimp and pork, with vermicelli noodles and shredded lettuce wrapped in rice paper and served with a house-made peanut sauce.

In fact, we got Crab and Shrimp Tapioca Noodle Soup. The noodles are made from tapioca and rice flour mixed together. Combined with fresh crab and shrimp. The broth is slightly thickened with tapioca noodles which is a little more chewy than pho.
Specifically, my most favorite item to order is Vietnamese Beef Stew, better known as Mi Bo Kho with egg noodle. Beef chuck roast cubed (traditional recipe include beef tendons). Carrots, Tomato paste, red curry powder, garlic shallots, lemon grass, ginger, star anise, oil, water, coconut soda, fish sauce, soy sauce, cilantro and thai basil. Here is a site I found that has a good recipe for Mi Bo Kho
In contrast, the one down side is it is a little expensive. The bill for the appetizer and two soups and a beer was $60.
In conclusion, Pho Kim Long is a great place for soup. They have a large selection and the food and service is good. I like visiting because I can get my favorite soup, Mi Bo Kho. Lastly, more information Pho Kim Long website.
