Observation Deck is on the top of The Strat Tower. It provides the absolutely best views of the Las Vegas Valley. To illustrate, standing at 1149 feet tall you can watch the helicopters fly by. The entrance to the Observation Deck is via a very fast elevator ride up to the 108 floor. They are located on the second floor near the Box Office.
When you get out off the double decker elevator you can find the 108 Eat and Exhilarate 108 shops. There are plenty of places for sitting and enjoying a snack and beverage while taking in the views. In addition there are digital interactive displays which will describe what you are looking at.

To demonstrate, there are great views to the North where Downtown is located. Additionally, you can see The Strip to the South. You can get a great view of the Sphere as it displays it imagery. Even if you do not know who the Grateful Dead are, you should get a good view.

I have frequented both the Lounge and Restaurant. I highly recommend visiting the revolving restaurant. Absolutely a great place for a special occasion meal.

What I did not realize is that you can reserve the meeting rooms for private events on 104 floor. What is also cool, is you can literally get married in heaven on the 103 floor Wedding Chapel. That must be a experience to never forget.
In conclusion, the Observation Deck is absolutely the place to go to see the best views of the valley. To Clarify, I have visited this place many times and it never get old.
