Makai Island Grill is a Hawaiian BBQ restaurant located in the valley. I really enjoy Makai because they serve up the tastiest Hawaiian BBQ in all of Vegas. For example, the poke comes in two varieties, regular and spicy. Neighboring on St Rose and 215, nearby Green Valley Ranch (2560 St Rose Pkwy #190, Henderson, NV 89074).
For instance, the restaurant was founded in January 2016 by three brothers who learned their recipes from their grandmother, who operated food truck and catering businesses in Honolulu Hawaii. To illustrate, Makai which means “to the ocean”. The location I go to is very big and spacious with lots of seating. I have gone with big parties and we slide tables together with no problems.

For instance, when you enter you get in line. Once you get to the counter you get to pick the size you are looking for. I usually get the medium. This allows you to get two scoops of rice, two sides, and two proteins. I usually double up on the kimchee coleslaw and regular poke. I also enjoy their chicken katsu. After ordering and paying it is open seating.
