Lazy Dog Restaurant and Bar is a restaurant chain that serves food and drinks with seasonally-inspired ingredients. Lazy Dog has several dozens location nationally. That is, we went to the Lazy Dog located in the Town Square next to BoneFish Grill (6509 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89119).
The restaurant has a friendly atmosphere that gives off a cabin vibe, making it a great place to get together with friends and family. The Decor is all about rustic cabin setup. With exposed beams holding up the place. In addition, a very large fireplace with a still rod deer head mounted. Also, there is a very big kitchen and server area. Extremely large sitting area in addition to the full bar. Two locations. Las Vegas Blvd (Town Square) and Downtown Summerlin.
In addition to its delicious food, Lazy Dog also has a full bar with an extensive drink menu that includes a variety of craft beers, wines, and cocktails. The restaurant’s beer selection features a mix of local and regional brews, also a big wine list . Plus, Lazy dog battle of the brews.

To demonstrate, the restaurant’s menu features a wide variety of dishes, including appetizers, soups and salads, sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, and entrees. When we visited we were first offered a commentary house made chips with garlic. Specifically, for appetizers we had chicken lettuce wraps: chicken breast, water chestnuts, peanuts, carrots, sesame soy sauce, pickled cucumbers, romaine spears.
For example, The entree was Soup and Salad : Caesar salad with Totilla soup – chicken, cheddar cheese, hand-cut tortilla strips. Also Shrimp Tacos – shrimp, fiery carrot slaw, chile vinegar, cilantro black beans, Spanish rice, house made salsa. The total was just shy of Fifty dollars. Lazy Dog actually gave us a “first time guest” discount of $5.95. That was extremely nice of them. The service was above most.
