Humo Barbecue is serving up Mexicue. They are locally owned and operated barbecue restaurant located in Henderson. They offer a wide variety of delicious dishes. Their menu features classic American and Mexican food. All made with the freshest ingredients and prepared by their chefs. They are located near Ethel M on Sunset Rd. (2031 W Sunset Rd, Henderson, NV 89014).
For example Humo has a warm and inviting atmosphere for you to enjoy. In the first place, the establishment is divided into two. The seating section with plenty of space. There is also the bar area. The bar area has several high top tables to sit at. Or if you prefer sit at the bar and eat there like I do. As a result, their staff is friendly and very helpful. You can join them for a quick bite or have a meal with your family and or friends. You can even get items to go. They also offer delivery. You can even get the meats by the pound to go.
To clarify, in April 2023, after 2 years of working on the perfect recipes, Tino and Rosa opened up Humo Barbecue. In short, it is a fusion of American barbecue and Mexican ingredients. They turned a concept that they refer to as Mexicue. Notwithstanding, not to be confused with TexMex or Mexican Bbq. Specializing in tacos, pulled pork, ribs, brisket, and more.

To illustrate, the day I visited I ordered Humo Tacos. They were very good. That is, they are street tacos with intense flavors. Moreover, made with the freshest tortillas and filled with juicy marinated meat. As a result, I picked one taco from each, Brisket, Pork, and Barbacoa. Likewise, every taco is cooked to order with your choice of delicious traditional toppings (salsa verde, cilantro and onion mix). Tacos from their barbecue restaurant are combination of taste, texture, and flavor.
In addition, I also got the Burnt End and they were also very good. They come with sweet sauce. On the side you also get pickles and onions. All topped with scallions. They offer three different types of sauces to go with your meats. Besides the sweet sauce, they have a picante sauce that has a good heat. There is also the OG sauce.
I also got the Two Meats and Two Side to go. I selected the brisket and ribs as my meat. The ribs are fall off the bone good. It is all cooked to perfection. Their brisket is undoubtedly a star on their menu. I also got the Honey Mustard Slaw also with the Humo Street Corn. I liked their corn. A great taste with a nice spice.
Bar
They also have a cocktail bar where you can enjoy drinks blended with the freshest ingredients to reate an experience with every sip. They also have a beer tap with a good selection to choose from.
In conclusion, Humo Barbecue is a great locals bbq spot. They are serving up Mexicue. Finally, the barbecue is great and the sides are good too. There is plenty of dining space. The bar is nice and has plenty of games to be played. Lastly more information on Humo main site.
