Craft Kitchen is owned and operated by Chef Jaret Blinn. To demonstrate, everything is made in house and from scratch. For example, with daily fresh breakfast pasties. Also, healthy breakfast and lunch options too. Dinner is provided Thursday through Sunday. There is a full bar with happy hour offerings. Craft is located several blocks south of Faustos Mexican Grill in the south valley on Eastern Ave ( 10940 S Eastern Ave Ste 107, Henderson, NV 89052 ).
For example, the Chef started by turning his hobby into a full time career. In addition, fter working at several established restaurants, he decided to open up his own place. So in 2015 he opened CRAFT kitchen in Henderson. Likewise, his mission is to source good ingredients, create dishes full of flavor, and provide space for the community to enjoy good food.
The place has grown since I first started going. They acquired the spot next door and knocked down the wall to make the place almost twice as big. In the new expanded area, there is a bar with bar seating with additional tables and booths. Because of the expansion, there is now lots of seating available. There is outside patio seating in a shaded area when its not to hot outside. They even have private little booths to share with someone. In addition, Craft even has a private room for group dining.
This place is a great spot for all the local people to gather at during the day. Offer a spot to enjoy a drink or two at brunch with your neighbors and friends. To this end, it is very friendly and inviting spot to hang out at.
Craft Kitchen food
The day I went I started with a CK Bloody Mary which came with olives and caramelized bacon. I also tried the crispy avocado tacos. This was very good and had black bean puree, crispy avocado, pico de gallo, and cilantro. In addition, I tried the Greek salad. The salad was ok. I was made with romaine, tomatoes, olives, feta, cucumbers and onions. What I very much enjoyed was the house made garlic hummus crostini.
In conclusion, Craft Kitchen provides a healthy alternative to dine. Providing both gluten free and vegan options. If its for the pastry, breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you wont go wrong.
