Cracker Barrel

Cracker Barrel is a good American comfort food restaurant. Whenever I go, I always get their breakfast. Their food always hits the spot. If you plan to visit, earlier is better. Because of its popularity it can get busy. Nearby the Silverton Casino and Outdoor World (8350 Dean Martin Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89139).

Primarily this is another restaurant in the chains 660 restaurants. There is another Cracker Barrel in North Las Vegas, albeit I have never been to that location. I have been to many different restaurants and this one is just like the rest. There is a huge sitting area outside patio with lots of rocking chairs. This comes in handy when the restaurant gets busy. I do remember having to wait outside once during a peak period. But of course the wait went by fast. I even like that they text you when your table is ready.

Every restaurant I have been to has the old country store in the front in end of the store. This stocked piled with all kinds of things. They have everything imaginable from cloths, hats, dolls, and candy. Funny part, is they have Christmas items out in the middle of August.

The other half of the building is the dinning area. This is pretty much set up as the other Cracker Barrels you may visit throughout the country. There is lots of room, which can fill up rather quickly. For example, they always have on the table a old fashion oil lamp and peg game. All of the restaurants have the old time décor that is common to all of the restaurants.

My favorite item at Cracker Barrel is the Momma’s French Toast. I always get bacon and sunny side up eggs to accompany my french toast. Even their Syrup is good. They come in these little bottles. Chiefly, whatever you may order it will be good.

You can check out their menu on there Cracker Barrel website. In addition to the menu they also store items online for sale. You can purchase one of there trademark rocking chairs for a cool $250. They are actually nice.

In conclusion, Cracker Barrel is a great breakfast spot for me. I can order my French toast and I always know what I will get. This is good food at a reasonable price. This place is all about nostalgia.
