Chop Stop is more than a salad. Well, I primarily go for the salad. It is fresh and healthy. With a very large chop menu. In addition a create your own chop option. They are located next to the Town Square on Las Vegas Blvd (6805 S Las Vegas Blvd Suite 140, Las Vegas, NV 89119).
The restaurant is small with limited seating. They have about six tables. There seems to be someone there all the time. The set up is built for pick up service. Thats basically what I do when I want some fresh healthy food. I never seem to get enough greens and this definitely help with that. The price of a chop bowl goes for about $12 give or take.
Chop Stop menu
They offer a large variety of different chop bowls to select from. From the classics like Caesar Chop and Cobb Chop. In addition others like Asian Chop and Salmon Chop. The basic lettuce provided is the Romaine. Be aware you can substitute with spinach or kale. I highly recommend switch it up or at the very least adding them. The Menu Chop allows the addition so ask for it.
If you dont like the choices on the Menu Chop, you can always go with the create your own option. Its as simple one two three. One, pick a base. This a the combination of two: Romaine, Spinach, Kale. Two, pick up to 6 toppings. Items such as proteins, cheese, beans, veggies and fruit. Three, pick a dressing.
They offer Chopurritos also. Specifically, they are warm bowls with a base of cilantro lime rice and seasoned beans plus six toppings. Also their news creation is the Chopaninis. Fresh toppings grilled to crispy perfection in a spinach tortilla. I have not tried the Chopanini, but they look good. I will have to try the Greek Chopanini the next time I return.
Salads
For example, the day we went we ordered the Viva Mexico Chop and the Greek Chop. The Viva Mexico Chop comes with Romaine. Also, the protein is Roasted Chicken. Moreover, with the addition of Cheddar, Tomato, Black Beans, Fresh Jalapeños, Tortilla Strips, Creamy Chipotle all make it the Viva Mexico flavor.
Also the Greek Chop which consists of Romaine. I always ask for Spinach fifty fifty with the Romaine. Also the other standard Greek flavors: Feta Crumbles, Tomato, Cucumbers, Bell Peppers, Red Onions, Green Olives, Balsamic Vinaigrette.
In conclusion, Chop Stop is more than salad. They offer up a fresh and healthy choice. With a great location just south of The Strip. They have great salad selections and others. When I ever crave a good salad or something healthy to eat I stop by here. Lastly, more information on Chop Stop site.
