Brass Fork food
For example, the evening I went I ordered the Grilled Salmon $18.99. The salmon came with charred brussels sprouts and sweet potato puree. The brussel sprouts were good and the puree was also taste. I enjoyed it and would order it again.
I also selected to get the house salad too for an addition $4.99. I liked my salad and it offered a good variety of lettuce. It was very tasty and would definitely get it again. However, they put all the lettuce in a small bowl and when I tried to take a bite all of it came out at once. Very poor plating.
In conclusion, Brass Fork is a American dinner experience. The atmosphere is pleasant and the food is good. I have eaten there several times. I will continue to eat there whenever Im in the mood. Lastly you can find more information on Brass Fork site.
