Borracha Mexican Cantina is a restaurant that offers a unique dining experience. Specifically, the menu is Mexican-inspired. They features a variety of dishes that are sure to tantalize your taste buds. The restaurant also has a bar with lots of options. Borracha is located inside Green Valley Ranch.

To demonstrate, the restaurant is inspired by the Day of the Dead festival. Additionally, it features decorative and festival skulls. Plus, the restaurant’s interior is decorated with a hand-painted floor. Including a wraparound mural. Therefore, It brings life to the lounge. Simultaneously, a festive vibe. The restaurants ambiance is perfect for a night out with friends. The bar is serving up beer, tequila, and specialty cocktails.

For example, some of the restaurant’s popular dishes. Chiefly, scratch made tortillas. Likewise, addictive tacos featuring rotisserie chicken. In addition, the restaurant also offers a variety of appetizers and soups. The signature salsa trio, bean & cheese dip appetizers that you can enjoy. The tortilla soup you can try, I did.

For instance, the evening we went we started with chips and salsa and margaritas. Also, followed by the Tortilla Soup – tomato, cheese, corn, chicken, and Cilantro.

Grilled Chicken Tacos with Achiote, Cheese, Cilantro, and Jalapeño Aioli. Chili-Lime Shrimp with cabbage, avocado, scallion and pico de gallo. The tacos were very good. The sauce was very tasty and good. In similar fashion, the tortillas made tacos perfect.

Concluding with a couple of cappuccinos with baileys. Most importantly, I really enjoyed everything I had. Specifically, the entire experience from the hosts to the server and food and drinks. Likewise, the manager even stopped by. (I hope he was the manager).
