This is a great bite, not only delicious but healthy. Off to the left you order. Follow the 6 steps on the menu. First the type of bowl you want. Second the base, followed by veggies. Select a protein with a top off and finally a sauce. In addition to the rice bowls, they have good selection of side dishes.

BiBim Kitchen Food

For example, the day we went we tried the dolsot. It is the stone bowl that come out extremely hot. To illustrate, “Stone Pot” in Korean. For the base I used white rice. My veggies consisted of bean sprout, spicy cucumber, carrots, and kimchi. Furthermore, the protein was spicy pork. I enjoy getting all of this topped off with a fried egg and yum yum sauce.

We also tried another dolsot, made with white rice, broccoli, bean sprout, lettuce, kimchi, cucumber, and broccoli. He tried the beef bulgogil. Regardless of what you pick, it will be very good. Specifically, the dolsot are served very hot. Everything inside was yummy.

Simultaneously we had two sides. One of them was the kimchi fried dumpling which comes with a soy sauce for dipping. The other side was the sweet spicy wings. They were very sticky and topped off with sesame seed and green onion. All of the food came to about $55. Moreover, they are open 11am – 8pm. Closed on Sunday.

Complimentary

There is also a station set up with water and complimentary barley tea and miso soup. Next to it is where you put the trays when you are done. We went at lunch time and the place was pretty full but had open seating at high top tables. If I were to find anything wrong with this place, it would be not enough napkins and the make the kimchi spicy!

In conclusion, if you are looking for a quick healthy Korean food try BiBim Kitchen. I very much enjoyed what I ordered. Likewise, next time I want to try the beef bulgogil myself. In the same fashion, the poke bowl has potential too. You can always get something to go, except the dolsot. That is a sit down item. Lastly, you can more information on the kitchen site.
