Ella Ems best soul food of Las Vegas. I totally enjoyed this spot and highly recommend you visit here too. If you enjoy soul food this is great spot that lives up to the hype. They are located just west of the Cannery Casino on Craig Road. ( 775 W Craig Rd, North Las Vegas, NV 89032 )
This spot is in the Revere Marketplace on Craig road. It is located across the street from Craig Ranch Regional Park. They have enough room for seating. I can imagine this place can fill up. The day we went was a late lunch and there was plenty of people dining.

For example, we selected from lunch specials. Wings n Waffles is my friends favorite. It is all he eats. This comes with 2 really big wings and 2 eggs cooked your way all on top of a waffle. It looked really good and it took no time before it was all gone.
To illustrate, I selected the Meatloaf. You can select from either brown gravy or red gravy. I opted for the red this time. Moreover, you get 2 really big pieces of meatloaf with your order. Even more, I selected my two sides of collard greens and mixed veggies. Furthermore, I really enjoy good collard greens and these are good.
Not only is the food great, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were more than happy to assist with explaining everything. There are a few other items that stood out to me I will have to try next time. I really want to try the Oxtails. They also have Pork Chops and Red Snapper. You can find their selection here.
In Conclusion, Ella Ems is fabulous soul food. They have a good selection of a variety different items to choose from. As a result, everything taste great. Additionally, the service is just as good. This is a locals hidden gem. Lastly, more information at Ella Ems site.
