Ventano Italian

Ventano Italian Grill and Seafood is a well known fine dining establishment. Serving up excellent selection of Italian plates. Especially know for their seafood. For instance, Ventano has a large seating area with lots of tables. Granted, even with the large serving area they get very busy for weekend dinners and special holiday meals. Moreover, you may want to ensure you have reservation during busy times. I found out the hard way and was turned away my first visit. But, I blame myself for that one.

In addition, they have a patio area and plenty of seating with a great view of the strip. Easily seeing the High Roller, Sphere, and Resort World. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. The food and service both are excellent. In addition to the primary dining area and patio, there is a separate dining room for private events, and a totally separated gaming and bar area.

Chiefly, Ventano has a very big selection of Italian dishes to select from. Furthermore, appetizers, Soup and Salad. Even more, Pizza and Sandwiches. Of course, pasta and seafood. In addition to the great food there is a full service bar with great wine selection.

For example, the day we visited we had a great time. It all starts off with warm bread with oil and balsamic. Plus two glasses of Cabernet. For a appetizers we ordered the half dozen oysters on half shell. They were very good. May I also suggest the mussels in tomato and basil sauce.

Our main dish was lobster bisque. I was told it was so good “It ruined all store purchase bisque”. Secondly, we got the lobster ravioli. That is, it comes with blacken shrimp, asparagus, and a pink sauce. To clarify, the shrimp were a surprising flavor addition. Each ravioli was a flavor bomb. The pink sauce was perfect for dunking your ravioli in. We finished the meal with cannoli and another glass of wine. The entire meal was $125.
